Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
Some extra large items may need specialist crates made so they travel well which can take a little longer. We will inform you of this if this is the case.
UK Shipping Costs
- All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 48hour tracked & signed for free.
- For larger items we will use one of our selection of couriers and inform you of the tracking details prior to delivery.
European Shipping Costs
- We regularly ship items across the world.
- We are very versed in packing the items securely and safely for long journeys.
- Most items will already have the relevant shipping prices attached to the product when purchased.
- If you are unsure or looking to ship a large item then please contact us for a quote.

All items are sold as seen and we are happy to provide extra photos or videos upon request.
All orders are meticulously packaged however if in the unfortunate/unlikely event that something arrives to you damaged, please contact us to arrange a return.
If you return to us, where possible in the original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund, however the return postage will be at your own expense.
If you are not happy with your item/s, the Consumer Contracts Regulations means you have the right to return within 14 days of when you receive your goods.
